The Liberal Democrats have pledged to review the Off Payroll Working rules, should they win the General Election.

The reforms, which are due to be rolled out to the private sector on 6 April, have proved controversial, with many commentators criticising the roll-out, its timing (when companies are preparing for Brexit) and the burden on companies implementing the changes.

The Liberal Democrats are the only party to make such a manifesto pledge although commentators have stated that the Labour Party is also sympathetic to the cause.
